Balanced Vinyasa - Rachel Dahlgren
Ages: 13yrs - 18yrs
An all levels class that is a mindful combination of Vinyasa Flow (breath-synchronized movement) and holding static poses. In this class, instructors will support yoga practitioners in all stages of their practice. Expect a well-rounded practice that includes a warm-up, a combination of strength, balance & flexibility building postures, standing & seated postures, a exploration of arm balances and/or inversions, concluding with a cool-down and a final resting pose (sivasana) and/or guided meditation.
